Error to upgrade zoom account

I am going to upgrade my zoom account from Basic to Pro but while doing the same getting the following error:


"Cannot invoke "com.zuora.api.axis2.ZuoraServiceStub$PaymentMethod.getMandateID()" because "dfPaymentMethod" is null (-1)"

 

Can anybody advise, how can the above issue be resolved?

Strange. I would try again. Maybe from a different browser, or maybe after clearing your cache.
