Error to upgrade zoom account

I am going to upgrade my zoom account from Basic to Pro but while doing the same getting the following error:"Cannot invoke "com.zuora.api.axis2.ZuoraServiceStub$PaymentMethod.getMandateID()" because "dfPaymentMethod" is null (-1)" Can anybody advise...
