Client screen being effected

I seem to notice that every client of mine (who are mostly children as I am a teacher) is having the same issue. Their screens glitch and the video gets disrupted while in session.  I am worried that there is a bug in zoom that is effecting the screens of all my clients. Please help!

To solve the problem on Zoom with the flickering screen phenomenon, you may want to try this method of eliminating it.

1. Log onto Zoom

2. On the START VIDEO icon, click on the arrow next to it.

3. In the dialogue box - click on VIDEO SETTINGS

4. On the next screen click on ADVANCED

5. On the next screen you'll see at the top this text; "Optimise video quality with de-noise. There is a check box. If it is showing a tick in the box, click on it to remove the tick.....THAT'S IT.I have previously sent this message as a short video on the JFT chat line and several others. I also walked a couple of people through it. If you have any problems let me know and I'll see if I can help.

Dear Dougvid

Thank you for your quick response. I did as you advised. Thank a bunch again.
