Chat Etiquette Tool not always working

I noticed our Chat Etiquette Tool works on some keywords and not on others.  I decided to test it out.  It caught the first keyword I used, but missed the next two.  They caught another, and missed a couple more.  It is not due to misspellings or punctuation.  This has not become a problem, but has anyone else had a similar experience, or know of a fix?

Hi @Mike_B! Are you still noticing this issue with the Chat Etiquette tool? If so, I would definitely recommend leaving your feedback here and/or creating a support ticket.
