Cannot open the video file recording

I upgraded to the newest version of Zoom and now cannot open the recorded MP4 file.  I get the error "The specified procedure could not be found"

 

Help please

Hello, I recorded a meeting today. I chose to save it to my computer, not the Cloud. The file that was downloaded from Zoom is a "recording.conf" file. The only application that I can use to open it is using the Notes app. 

Have I lost the recording?
