Accessing Photos on a Mac

Hi, I'm using the Zoom app on an old MacBook running Big Sur 11.7.4. In Zoom Team Chat I can't add photos. All other Zoom functionality is fine.

When I go into System Preferences...Security and Privacy... , zoom.us is not coming up as an option to tick under Photos. I have given it permission for Full Disk Access. 

Can anyone help?
