We are in between vendors, and I need a Zoom room license. The vendor sorting is not going to happen for a few weeks. I want to temporarily inactivate one of my existing low-use rooms and use that license for a new room in another state that mgmt wants active now.
Is there an easy way to swap Zoom room licenses?
Or, should I
1> Delete the room
2> Use the license for the new room
3> re-construct the room when my partner relationships are sorted and I can buy from Zoom again.

Hi
As far as I know - Zoom Room license is attached to device account when you choose room type (eg. Zoom Room for shared spaces) and save it. So as a temporary solution you can change selected account type to Digital Signage only.
Deleting device account is also an option, but more drastic one 🙂
