Zoom room cannot start meeting

Hello, can anyone help me? I have "Make Zoom Rooms the host if it joins before meeting host" turned on and I still can't start a meeting in the Zoom Room. The message "Waiting for the host to start this meeting" appears.

Hey @spscentr, one possibility is that the host of the meeting and the Zoom Rooms are on different accounts. With that being said, the Zoom Room is not automatically able to be the alternative host. When a user schedules a meeting and invites a Zoom Room on the same account, the Zoom Room can start the meeting without the host needing to join from the desktop client or mobile app. This will give the Zoom Room full host controls. I have had problems getting Zoom Rooms to take Host on some meetings when the version is not up to date.

Double-check your Zoom Room is running the latest updates.
