Recording individual video streams

Hi, from what I can find it doesn't look like it's possible to record individual video streams - is this the case? If not, is there any third party solution for this, short of doing some sort of screen recording on multiple workstations?

Thanks in advance-

Hey, @jpresto. I’m not exactly sure what you’re trying to accomplish.

But here’s something that might be what you’re looking for. Zoom recently acquired a company called Liminal at https://www.liminalet.com. They have a product called ZoomISO (ISO is an acronym for Individual Signal Out).  It’s a Mac-only software that will pin individual user videos and make those individual videos available over NDI. Many Technical video production folks use this as input to vMix for making composite videos.

It’s unclear how Zoom might make this technology useful to Zoom users in the future, but it’s something that might help you out, depending on your specific situation.

There’s a drawback of ZoomISO, in that there is a delay in the video stream compared to the audio that comes through Zoom. There are workarounds, but they’re tricky for the average user.
