Low bandwidth network is detected for Zoom Room

One of my Zoom Rooms generates a "Low bandwidth network is detected" warning message and email almost every time I start a meeting.

I've done a bunch of speed tests and never seen less than 200 MBps up or down and often MUCH higher. While there are two 4k cameras, the Zoom software is running on an i7-10700k PC so there should be plenty of processing power. I've checked network firewall logs and don't see anything getting blocked that shouldn't.

I haven't noticed any performance problems, but the messages are annoying.

None of my other Zoom rooms do this, but they are single camera.

How does Zoom determine that bandwidth is a problem? Are there any diagnostic tools?

I am having the same issue, and I've got monitoring on the switchport the room is using.
Whenever this alert happens (several times a week) someone is screensharing.
And whenever this alert happens, bandwidth on that switchport spikes to an astounding...
3 megabits per second

Zoom is losing its mind over 3Mb of traffic on a gigabit port in a Nexus switch.

Plus, you get an alert in the middle of your screen which makes your users freak out

How do I fix the low bandwidth problem when I have my Zoom exercise classes. I have Realtek Audio Driver. I use a mic. And music through my iPhone 14 Pro. Everything goes through a speaker.

The sound echoes or is garbled and the music is choppy. And it drops out. I hear this and so do my members in the gallery.  Any suggestions?

Just curious @neve - did you ever find a solution to this issue?

We have a medium sized Zoom Room, using a Poly G7500, multiple e70 cameras, etc., and get this error almost every time we start a meeting.

Ironically, we do not get this error\warning when we use any of our 4x Neat Board based Zoom Rooms.

Appreciate any, and all, feedback you might be willing to share.

@ChrisKnowsIT I've got seven rooms, and I get this on two of them. Nothing distinguishes the two rooms which have this issue. Our switches are more than capable of high bandwidth and we are at a major university so our internet connection is great.

I see the same thing, have two rooms side by side on the same switch and only one of them triggers this error once or twice a month.  Switch logs do no show any network bandwidth issues.
