Chat transcript NOT saved

I've enabled all the chat saving in the settings, but still no CHAT text saved locally or in the cloud. What am I doing wrong. Lost some important links that participants shared in the CHAT area.

P.S. Started hosting the meeting on an ipad -(a TERRIBLE experience as a host by the way) but  my chat settings are ACCOUNT wide - so not sure why it didn't save it.  It's worked for me in the past

Same here, achealey.  I just started a new discussion on the same topic since I didn't see yours until after posting mine.  I'm reasonably sure we're not the only 2 people experiencing this.

Hi again, achealey!  My friend just told me what I'd thought I'd tried, but somehow missed.  You have to go to the 3 dots BELOW the message bar, click on the 3 dots, and "save chat' should be an option there.  It's not where it used to be, but it seems it's still there.  Hope this works for you too.
