Arrainging Zoom participant video and size

Hello, does anyone know of a way to reorganize Zoom video participants into various spots on the Zoom meeting, and do we have the ability to resize their video feeds?   

 

I'd like to have a background of a Star Fleet bridge, and arrainge the participants into their crew stations in the meetings and resize their video to fit that position..  Might be cool.

What you want is Immersive view, but it is not out yet for Zoom Rooms: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360060220511-Immersive-View

 

You can use it with a normal Zoom desktop client, though. And participants can use the mobile app too.
