Hi All,
With hybrid working we have many team members working from home using VPN. Recently both parties on a call experience no audio when on a Zoom Phone to Zoom Phone call whilst on the VPN. If they switch off the VPN it works fine. Has anyone experienced this and solved the issue without switching off the VPN, or using split traffic for Zoom. We have no issues with Zoom meetings over the VPN.
Thanks
Paul

Hi John,
Yes, we have seen this with client deployments.
The smart thing to do would be to allow Zoom call packets route locally and the rest via the user's VPN.
It also removes the tromboning of data back to your HQ and then to Zoom.
Otherwise you will need to enable the Zoom Phone packets to be allowed in the routing.
Thanks
Dave

Dave - I have a similar issue. Just set up a VPN for my computer, all Zoom functionality was retain EXCEPT phone calls do not connect. SMS works fine, Zoom calls no problem, phone is a no-go.
I am a in a solo office with no IT support - so I am trying to troubleshoot as a non-tech professional.
Thanks, Steve

With this latest update that was released, I'm now experiencing issues with zoom calls while on VPN (Global Protect) 5.2.7-37 for work. I get 300mb/s constantly and all my other devices not connected to VPN function fine. I've done all the recommended troubleshooting aside from setting up a wired connection.
