Yealink t54w doesn't ring, it just beeps and some times the customers get busy signal

Tried resyncing and I do not have any call forwarding for business hours.

Have you assigned the Yealink t54w to a user?

Have you enabled call handling to include the desk phone: Yealink t54w?
