Ring settings for delegate

How can we change the settings so that my phone only rings as a delegate after a certain number of seconds. Now all calls immediately ring simultaneously on the main line and  my delegate line and we would like to change this so that calls first ring on the main line, and after a few seconds if the call is not answered, that it rings on the my delegate line. Thanks.

You cannot do this with shared line appearances/delegations. You could change over to both phones being 2 different agents in a call queue with a sequential algorithm, but that wouldn't guarantee that the main phone agent would always get the first attempt.
