Rest pin for Polycom?

I have a Polycom phone provisioned in Zoom. Since it is no longer configured on our PBX, so how do I reset the pin?

If you mean the admin pin/pwd (i.e. for logging into the phone's web interface) you can do it from Phone System Management->Company Info->Account Settings->Desk Phone. All Zoom provisioned phones will share the same pwd.
