Receiving voice mails from a new number.

Hello,

A new member of our staff recently received a new phone number. He is now receiving voicemails, and he has not made any outbound calls. The voicemails are also unrelated to him.

What settings should we prioritize to address this issue?

Hi mossht4600,

The new number may have been used by some other person.  If you are getting calls for someone else, you might want to consider changing your number to a different number.  You would delete the existing number and assign a new number.  Please see following support article.
