Good evening,
I recently performed a factory reset on my Polycom VVX 250 to troubleshoot an issue for a different phone provide. After rebooting, the phone automatically downloaded provisioning files from your servers:

The admin password has been overridden by the configuration. Could you please provide the admin credentials or guide me on how to perform a full reset?

Certain phones certified by Zoom, support Zero Touch Provisioning and password management. Once provisioned with Zoom, the admin PIN is pushed from your Zoom account to each phone in your account. You will need to find it. Go to Phone System Management => Company Info => Account Settings, under Desk Phone you will see Admin Password. Click on Show or Edit to view it.
