Phone not connecting

For the last week, my phone is not connecting on my desktop. I have a "Not connected. Attempting to reconnect...try now" window that opens. When I click the try now, it spins for a bit and then nothing changes. The phone rings on the app installed on my phone and I receive SMS messages. No issues with meetings. Only connecting by phone.

Hello, 

I would recommend power-cycling this phone if this issue keeps occurring. 

 

This is usually caused by a policy or update attempting to download/install, so if rebooting doesn't resolve it, please check the firewall settings with your network admin: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362683-Zoom-network-firewall-or-proxy-server-settings#h... 

 

And also there are firewall rules for see firewall rules specific to Poly or Yealink that may help depending on your phone model.
