Does anyone know how to mute the dial pad sounds when dialing a number? They are extremely loud and annoying.

Desktop application, so the keypad sounds are coming through my headset.

We just got this system, and I cannot find it anywhere in the audio or phone settings and our IT admin who set this up has no idea. I looked in the support pages as well but can't find it.

I understand how the keypad sounds could be annoying when using a headset. There aren't any options for the desktop client keypad tones nor their volume independent of the overall volume for the computer/headset.

Has this been updated to offer this option to mute the keypad tones?

Hi @Bzy @sfillmore
No there hasn't been an update to separate the keypad sounds or volume independently from the overall volume for the computer/headset.
I would encourage you both to submit a feature request via the feedback form at https://zoom.us/feed.
