Hi- I was just on the Zoom Phone pricing page Zoom Phone Plans & Pricing | Zoom - Zoom.

I noticed that SMS and MMS is only available on US and Canada plans. Is that still true? It isn't available for Global Select plans or for the AUS/NZ license? Thanks for any help!

Hi @JC8338, correct, it's for US & Canada Only. You would need the International Calling Add-On.

As @RN indicated, you may only SMS using Zoom provided numbers in US or Canada.  It's important to note that users with US or Canada numbers may send messages to international numbers.  There is a per-message fee that is charged for international texting.
