Hi @Ninja

You are the only person on your account, correct? You should first ensure that you have the Calling Package associated with your account. I assume that you signed up for Zoom Phone with the US/CA Unlimited Calling Package... go to Admin > Phone System Management > Users & Rooms, and click the "Assign" button on the far right of the line where your name appears, select the Calling Package, and click confirm. If this doesn't enable your calls in the US or Canada, then follow the instructions in the following support article:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/8431799369741-Defining-allowed-locations-for-calls-SMS

In any event, I strongly urge you to read the Getting Started with Zoom Phone support articles:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360028936531-Getting-started-with-Zoom-Phone-users-

I hope that helps!

Craig

Hi @Ninja

Sounds like you are running into Access control restrictions. Please see screenshot

If you have this feature turned on, You will only be able to make calls, if you are in those defined locations.

If yes, Turning off these settings off will help making calls. Also, these settings if ON, will be replicated at Site level ( Phone Systems management ->Company Info -> Site Name -> Policy ). So depending on what you need you can turn this feature ON/ OFF. These two features are specially used in countries where there are certain restrictions.

Hope that helps.

Thank you!   I did this  :   "turn off "Allowed Call/SMS Locations", Go to Phone System Management > Users and rooms > click your profile > policy > Look for Allowed Call/SMS Locations and turn it off."

It worked.
