Disabling Call Notifications in Zoom App for Windows?

Most of our office uses their Poly desk phones. A lot of people have asked if there was a way to disable call notification in the windows app because they wont be answering via the computer. We still want people logged in because we need the instant message feature.

Hello!

You could handle this by modifying the call handling settings for the users to not have the app ring. Please take a look at the following article for more info on Call Handling options: Call Handling Settings
