Is it possible to have your Zoom phone only ring on your delegates phone. Not my Zoom phone?

Hello @tomkakita,

 

I would suggest that you Customize your Call Handling settings and have the following set to "Forward to another extension" instead:

 

  • When I'm busy on another call
  • When a call is not answered

 

While leaving the Delegation privilege as is so that they still have the ability to Place, Answer, and Pick Up Hold Calls as you see fit.
