Company not recording external calls. Common Area Phones

Looks like our common area phones aren't recording outside calls.  Inside calls are recording fine.

Would you please elaborate! Are you talking about calls showing in the Call Logs, or they are not ringing?

Hi Capden,

Is the common area phone is part of the call queue in which automatic recording is "enabled"? If yes, the outbound caller ID of the common area phone should be the direct number of the call queue when calling outbound.
