Are calls to Belarus blocked due to US sanctions? US is sanctioning some individuals, companies and banks only.

By default Belarus is on the list that requires special expectations within your Zoom tenant. You would need to contact your sales for the approval to dial Belarus. If you log into your portal and goto Account Management > Billing > Zoom Phone (View/Edit Countries/Regions) you will see it listed there.
