On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Automatically Save Zoom Phone Recordings

Hello!

 

I need help figuring out how to set up our zoom phone system to automatically save all the phone recordings to our Dropbox. We have this set up for our zoom video meetings, but I cannot seem to find any support on how to get it set up for phones. It is way too time consuming to manually download every recording. Thanks in advance for your help!

Globally this setting is enabled here:

Be sure to select the Recording tab at the top:

The example shows the LOCK icon as "unlocked", and if you want to enforce recording for all users, you should LOCK the lock.  If left unlocked, it's enabled for new phone users by default, but they can disable it, at the user level.
