anyone know how to do this..

 

our Auto Recp

 

Hit 1 for Customer service

then have it forward to an external TFN number into our Contact Center?

Hi!

 

Under your Auto Receptionist:

 

  • Next to Greeting Prompt, click Audio Library and add the customized spoken greeting with instructions to select 1 for Customer Service, etc.
  • Make sure that the name of your recording is selected for Greeting Prompt.
  • Set Route To to Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
  • Edit IVR Menu
    • Key 1 - Edit and set to Forward to Phone Number, enter the full phone number in E.164 format.
  • Test

Hi @svogel ,

In addition to what @FORE-Craig mentioned. You need to add a telephone on the AR so the outdial to external PSTN will work.
