Cloud Recording plan expired

Hi, @Nethmini,

 

Cloud recording is available on Pro or higher accounts, and automatically comes with 5G storage per paid user on the account.  You can upgrade to more storage, and you can cancel that upgrade at any time.

 

Cloud storage does not "expire".  Once you move a recording to the "trash", it waits for you a number of days, and then is deleted.
