when i try to have a zoom meeting and clients are trying to get on they cant its says host has a a meeting open. i close the meeting and repoen they still cant get in

Hey @amcqueen1981 are you able to go to https://zoom.us/meeting#/upcoming and see the meeting you're hosting open? If you're not the host, the host will need to end the meeting that was not properly ended.

 

For example, from a host's view of being able to 'end' the meeting:
