Hi we are using zoom in our environment, however we see traffic to this url "captive2.onzoom.com" is blocked by our firewalls, I would like to know when this will trigger and what process triggers this url

For questions about why your firewalls block a URL, you’d need to ask your organization’s network staff.

 

When I access that specific URL you provided, I get only an “OK” response.

 

When accessing OnZoom.com, I’m redirected to https://on.zoom.us, and get the full OnZoom screen. Note that OnZoom is only available in the US, and attempts to access it from outside the US are blocked by Zoom. If you are inside the US and being blocked, that’s most likely from your firewall. See this for additional info:
