zoom cannot be installed on Windows 10 any more?

if we get it downloaded from the link https://zoom.us/client/5.17.7.31859/ZoomInstallerFull.exe?archType=x64 provided on the page https://zoom.us/download#client_4meeting - the installation starts, but its window dissolves in the air at the middle of the installation process and the process itself disappears from the List of processes in the TaskManager. Disabling ESET antivirus doesn't help too.

If we get it downloaded from the link  https://us04web.zoom.us/launch/download/kLZ0QGKX6ArRIIebVAgD6dix_rPCk7NAcYTWN37F2swUa-Q_2hNy8ZheHSxF...  provided on the page  https://us04web.zoom.us/s/***********?pwd=L01RUC9La3U2dUNqZUVwN2Z1aWZQ0T09#success  - that web-installer always hangs on 95% of the installation progress bar and never ends although the process of the installer remains unfrozen in the list of processes.

So how can we get ZOOM software working on our windows-based computers at all?

I am having the same problem with downloading Zoom to my windows....starts initializing and then stops.  Any suggestions?
