zoom app persistent log out

The zoom app automatically logs me out just right after I log in. I installed and uninstalled it multiple times, using different versions but same issues persist. The AI companion is not helpful at all.

The most frequent cause is being signed in on another device of the same type (e.g., another computer or another phone), which automatically boots the first one off.

  • Sign In: Go to zoom.us and log in to your account there.

  • Go to your Profile: Click on your profile picture/icon in the corner and select Profile.

  • Sign Out from All Devices: Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page and click the "Sign Me Out of All Sessions" link

  • Re-login on your app: Once logged out everywhere, try logging in to the Zoom desktop app or mobile app again
