wrong screen name

everytime i click a zoom link, the wrong screen name appears.  I have changed the display names in two accounts that I have and so I don't know where this name is coming from.  so frustrating and I my accounts do not allow me to talk to zoom.  emailing with them has been frustrating and i have done everything they have suggested and it is still happening.  any ideas?  i also made sure that i am the only admin that is linked.  BUT, i just can't see where this name is even entered!  thanks in advance.

Hi @karenglevi ! Could you tell me where you're attempting to change your display name? Are you doing this within your Zoom web portal?
