will the audio from a video played during a meeting/webinar be transcribed along with the rest of the participants audio?

Sorry for the delay in responding. For the automatic live transcription, the audio from anything you screen share will not be transcribed from the application. If your speakers are on and you are not muted, it will do it's best attempt to transcribe what it hears through the mic, but it is not the ideal situation.
The best way to have the video in a meeting or webinar is to store it locally on the computer where it will be shared, then play it in full screen and share the whole screen instead of just sharing the video window.
