virtual backgrounds

I'm seeking help re. virtual backgrounds. I lost the backgrounds I saved when I upgraded to the latest version of Zoom. Now, when I attempt to add them using the virtual background + option, they are not downloading for some reason. Any ideas? All the settings, account info remained in tact, but I can't seem to use the virtual background option.

I got a replacement iPhone, after having a crack. Identical model – did a peer-to peer transfer for data. Zoom now logged on, on new device, but all saved backgrounds (jpegs which are all present in the new phone), and I had quite a few. have disappeared from the background choices. I’m still logged in on the same user name as was on the old device. How do I get them back in? What have others done in this situation? Thanks. .
