Hi, @zoom17 –
If your host has enabled the setting Require users to always use virtual background, then you may see this message when you try to start your video. When this setting is turned On, if a user’s computer can’t use the virtual background feature, the user will not be about to start video.

Si votre hôte a activé le paramètre Demander aux utilisateurs de toujours utiliser l'arrière-plan virtuel, vous verrez ce message lorsque vous essayez de démarrer votre vidéo. Lorsque ce paramètre est activé, si l'ordinateur d'un utilisateur ne peut pas utiliser la fonction d'arrière-plan virtuel, l'utilisateur ne sera pas sur le point de démarrer la vidéo.
