apparently my Athlon Gold processor with AMD Radeon graphics does not support the Virtual Background option.  I can't find that I can add a green screen either or if so, how to do it.  Has anybody had this experience?  I bought this computer for this job and it's only 3 months old new from HP.  I previously had a MAC and Amerihealth doesn't support MACS.  Any help would be appreciated.  We are going through a lot of construction at my house and I will have to rotate locations for a few weeks while training.
