trouble logging in with latest update 5.16 version

We have tried multiple PC's and OS with the latest 5.16 version but we can not log in.  The machines with 5.14 are working fine.  HELP!

hmmm maybe try one of two things. 1 try using new PCs or 2. use a zoom knock-offs like, facetime and apps like that.
