Hello. I had forgotten to expand the storage space, and today I received the email that my cloud files were discontinued. Is there a possibility to recover and recover the files? it could only be 5 gigs but there were 84 gigs and my editor forgot to download

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @RafaelBe.

I don't recall any Zoom message that says "cloud files are discontinued", but you might have been told that you would no longer be able to record to the Cloud because of lack of space.

I believe your Cloud files should still be available to you in the Recording section of the Zoom Web Portal.  See these two Zoom Support articles on Cloud recording capacity and usage:

If you increase your storage capacity up upgrading your Cloud Storage, I believe the files will still be there.  Normally they are not deleted until 30 days they are moved to the trash.
