remove 40 mins time limit

i paid an annual subscrption on 29th october 2021, still having 40 min time limit for my zoom meetings

I am also having trouble with this. My boss added me as a member to his pro account but I am limited to 40 min for groups over 3. Any suggestions? Thanks!

We are facing the same issue with out paid account. How to we sold this irritating issue?

We can't extend the meeting time at all. Just kicked out after every 40mins meanwhile we paid fully.

Any suggestions?

When I join a meeing someone else initinated I get kicked off after 40mins?

I have to re-join that meeeing, but it's not my meeting, I did not create the meeting, somone else did.

The limit would depend on the host; if they do not have a license assigned to their account, the meeting would end for the meetings. If you are going to host, kindly check if the license is assigned to your account. You may read more in this article.
