Hi Zoom community,
I participate in a group's Zoom meetings regularly. The host sends out the registration link a couple of days before the meeting, and I will register and receive a confirmation email from Zoom (***********) with the "join meeting" option.
However, every time I click on "join meeting" from my laptop (I choose launch meeting in Zoom app), I am prompted to "join from browser" (the message says I need a more updated version to join meetings with the Zoom app, but this does not happen with other meetings.) And once I confirm joining from browser, I am led to the registration page instead of the actual meeting. I am however able to access the meeting with my iPhone.
How can I solve this problem? Thank you!

Hello @kccc - Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the ordeal. From the look of things, this seems like a caching issue on the browser. Can you clear the cookies and history or switch to the default browser and see if the issue persists?
