quantity of participants appearing on screen

My settings are set to show 25 participants per page, but only 8 appear, 12 when I change to full screen. This happens on my new PC, Dell Latitude 3550. I do not have this experience on my old PC, Latitude 3510. Dell has no answers for me.

All is suddenly right now. I don’t know how or why. I used Chatgbt to help figure it out. I went through 90 minutes of this and that, then this and that again and again. I finally had to quit for the day. Next day… all was how it should be!
