i cant sign in and the error code was 1132 how can i resolve it?

From what I can understand is that you have somehow gone against the terms and conditions or the community guidelines.  They have banned your system from accessing the servers.  It takes months and months and months of fighting with them.  I have a co - worker that likes to report people she doesn't like to zoom to get them banned.  its infuriating
