During a meeting, if only one member at a time opens their microphone and camera.
Is it possible for the host to pin the video for each member who opens the mic automatically, or does the host have to do it manually each time?

Pinning (as well as Spotlighting) must be done manually.
That being said, as long as the viewer is in Speaker view, it will automatically switch to the person speaking as the main video.

Hi @sameh1
This can be done with macros in external software like https://www.liminalet.com/zoomosc but it is not trivial.
Within Zoom itself @Bort is right.
