HI!
I just imported over 200 customers into my "Personal Contacts" in Zoom but now I can't find a way to invite them all to a re-occuring meeting. Can anyone help me please???
GOD Bless you!

hi @AllyBama ,
Zoom meetings do not let you import people as standard. After adding, you can edit the meeting and find a box for invitees where you can add emails. However, I am not sure if this feature is available on Pro accounts, as I have Business Plus.
You can do that in webinars from the strart
You can also invite people if you are using another app connected via api or Zapier.
For example, if you use Callendly, you can add people to the meeting.
all the best

Importing contacts to Zoom won't make them auto-populate when you start typing someone's email to invite them to a recurring meeting. You will still need to type up the whole email. There is a Zoom app, Salepager, that remembers your contacts you previously invited and will auto-populate when you invite people and lets you paste contacts in bulk to add them to your Zoom meetings.

As far as I can tell, there is absolutely no way to add contacts that will then pop into the window when you're typing their name to invite them to a meeting. I added a bunch of contacts in the "personal contacts" bc that appears to be the only way to do it, however, they will never appear in the space to invite people to your meetings, so what is the point of adding them in the first place? Somehow I found other information that there is a way to dig through "settings" to find "contacts" but you can only add contacts by loading a csv file which is stupid bc most times I need to add one at a time to an existing number of people attending recurring meetings but can't find that information today when I decided ok I'm tired of this, today is the day I'm going to waste half my Friday getting the right people into my meetings there's got to be a better way than this one at a time thing. To further wonder what the heck is wrong with zoom, if you use search terms on this community it just returns garbage with nothing related to the topic. As much as I can't stand Teams, if I need to invite 50 people it's very straightforward, then if I need to add or remove people from that meeting, click click it's updated and done. Teams is free; zoom is not. I wouldn't be using zoom any longer if I was doing 50 person meetings, why pay to waste my time? So today is after all not the day I'm figuring this out it's manually adding and subtracting still, bc zoom doesn't respect my time. Not even enough to make the search term "how do I add one contact to contacts to invite them to a meeting" work.

100 + 1000% - there is nothing lamer than providing a contacts list and then not being able to do really the ONLY thing people come and sign up for a zoom account for, which is to schedule meetings that you - I don't know - INVITE CONTACTS TO lol. What a crock of crackers! Why my company is paying for this account I have no idea. Google Teams/Meet/Whatever it's called these days, here I come 😉
