I have a pro account listed under my business name.  I am the only owner.  I cannot see my meeting history for any meetings that I've hosted and need access to attendance.  Can anyone assist?

Hello @dmari3w,

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.

To obtain the meeting attendance report as an account owner or admin

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then Reports.
  3. Click the Usage Reports tab.
  4. Click Active Hosts.
  5. At the top, use the following functionalities to sort the data by meeting:
    • Search by time range: Select a time range (within a month) using the From and To fields, then click Search.
    • Search by meeting ID: Enter the meeting ID in the search box, then click Search.
  6. Click and use the By Meetings, By Users, and Report Queue tabs to sort data by meetings or users and to view the list of meeting attendees:
    • In the By Meetings tab, under the Participants Source column, click the total number of participants to view a list of internal and external participants of that meeting. This will open the full list of participants who joined, including their names, their emails (if signed in to a Zoom account), and when they joined and left the Zoom meeting.
Note: This includes all participants except Waiting Room users.
    • In the By Users tab, under the User Email column, click a user email to see all the meetings that they joined within your selected time range and all meeting data.
    • In the Report Queue tab, view weekly reports of meetings without passcodes or Waiting Room enabled. Account owners and admins can view a report of all upcoming meetings without a password or Waiting Room, auditing their user's upcoming meetings to ensure they are meeting your account security standards. These reports are generated weekly and always available in the Report Queue tab, along with other reports you've recently generated.
