@marktewart , If you're using your web console to schedule meetings, you can actually type the time yourself. If you use the app (at least in Windows) to do it, you''ll see time intervals of 15 minutes.

Yes, you can schedule a meeting with a 15-minute interval on either the Zoom web portal or the Zoom application.
