Good day

I am an Owner in a Zoom Pro account. When I go to Personal-Settings-Meetings,

there are settings that are "Locked by Admin" which I cannot toggle on/off (greyed out) such as Meeting Passcode & Personal Meeting ID Passcode. I thought as Owner I had all the privileges of Admin & more. How can I get to toggle those settings (see attachment)

Hello @Trini-dad! Happy to answer this! You do have access to these settings as the admin, however you need to access them through your admin settings. Admin<<Account Management<Account Settings.
