meeting initiator cannot see me on video. Test shows that camera works

When I join a meeting using the initiator's ID, they cannot see me. I can see them and we can hear each other, but no visual on their end. I have gone through the tests and it says system is working. Thanks for the advice.

Problem solved. I had another video conferencing app on at the same time.
